Staff Profiles

Lisa Brock is the owner and operator of J.R.’s Tax Service. She was one of the first tax preparers in Memphis, TN to electronically file tax returns when the e-filing program was in its infancy in 1992. She is committed to meeting the tax filling needs of the community she has served for over 20 years. Clients have put their faith and trust in her for many generations. She is proud to say she is preparing tax returns for returning clients, their children, and their grandchildren as her clients continue to build over the past 20 years.

Lisa passed the RTRP exam in 2012 and continues to take tax courses every year so she can stay knowledgeable on the ever-changing tax laws. She promises to give individual attention to every customer and  get them the maximum refund allowed under the law.

Cassandra Hopper has been with our company for 4 years and is no stranger to the Memphis area. She has over 7 years of tax preparation experience under her belt and is willing to go the extra mile for her clients.

Rasheedah Osborne joined us in the 2014 tax season. She joins our team with 13 years of tax experience. She is dedicated to getting her customers back every dime, while thoroughly combing through each credit and deduction they are entitled too.

Talisha Richmond is a new face to our team but  has several years experience preparing income taxes.
